At ARYA, your routine should feel simple — including how you manage your subscription.
Managing your subscription
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees.
To make changes, log in to your account, navigate to your subscription, and select pause or cancel.
To ensure your next order is affected, please make any changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.
If you’d prefer, you can contact us at [your email] and we’ll take care of it for you within 1 business day.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your initial purchase.
You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal, so you have time to make changes if needed.
Orders already processed
If a renewal has already been processed, your order may already be in fulfilment.
In these cases, we may not be able to stop the shipment.
However, once your order arrives, you can contact us to arrange a return in line with our returns policy.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our returns policy.
If you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, we’ll work with you to find a fair solution, including returns where applicable.

If something isn’t working, we’d rather help you adjust your rhythm than keep you in one that doesn’t fit.

You can manage your subscription anytime through your My routine portal.
