We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your ARYA Lab purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no complicated process, no hard feelings.


What's Covered

  • Opened or unopened products — you should be able to try what you paid for
  • Full or partial bottles — if it's not working for you, that's enough
  • Any reason — whether it's not what you expected, you changed your mind, or it simply didn't suit your routine

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@aryalab.co within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about why it didn't work out
  3. We'll confirm your refund within 1–2 business days — no return required in most cases

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.


Return Shipping

In most cases we won't ask you to send the product back. If we do request a return, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@aryalab.co with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.
